A Discipleship Initiative Toward Ministerial Excellence
About the Program
Christ Alive Village Mission has been equipping church leaders from various denominations across different locations. To strengthen this effort, we have established a Training Centre dedicated to deepening discipleship and enhancing ministerial effectiveness. While village trainings will continue, the Centre will bring together selected leaders for more intensive lessons that develop both their relationship with God and skills in ministry.
Why the Program Matters
Many village church leaders lack adequate biblical training and ministry preparation. Yet, they serve and influence many believers. The two-year discipleship program aims to: • Strengthen personal spiritual growth. • Equip leaders to interpret and teach the Word of God effectively. • Build capacity for leadership and service in local churches.
Program Outline
• Duration: 2 Years • Initial Schedule: 3 days per month (2 subjects per session) • Future Plan: Gradual increase in training days
